Advanced skills  

 

19. Limbo

Display an ability to ride under a limbo at least 50 mm below the tallest part of of the cycle

20. No hands

Ride a minimum of 15 m along a straight line with no hands on the bars

21. Lift front wheel

Display lifting the front wheel over an obstacle a minimum of 150mm high

22. Lift rear wheel

Display lifting the rear wheel over an obstacle a minimum of 100mm high

23. Wheel change

Display safe removal and replacement of both wheels, including readjustment of brakes

24. Track Stand

Hold a track stand for a minimum of 20 seconds without touching the ground

25. Bunny hop

Jump the whole cycle over an obstacle at least 150mm high. (No ramps or similar)

26. Wheelie

Hold for a minimum of 15 seconds

27. Endo

Hold and balance the cycle on its front wheel only for a minimum of 10 seconds

Display 23 of the 27 numbered skills for the Gold Trix Award  

You will need to display all 18 of the numbered skills 10 to 27 to earn your Elite Trix Award.
